Booking is quick and easy. Just select your preferred date, time slot, and court using our booking form above. You'll be taken to the reservation page to confirm your details and complete payment. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email with your booking reference — just show up and play!
We've partnered with PayMongo to process all payments securely. You can pay using any of the following:
Yes! Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time are fully refundable. Rescheduling can be done up to 12 hours before your booking — just use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly. Late cancellations may be subject to a small fee.
Not at all! We provide complimentary paddle and ball rentals for all players. Just bring comfortable athletic wear and court shoes. Regular and Premium members enjoy free equipment rental on every visit. We also have a pro shop if you'd like to purchase your own gear.
Absolutely — everyone is welcome at JNY, from first-timers to seasoned players. We offer private coaching sessions with certified instructors, group clinics for all skill levels, and beginner-friendly open play hours. Premium members get two free coaching sessions per month. Contact us to schedule a lesson.
Regular members receive 2 guest passes per month — just add your guest when you book. Premium members enjoy unlimited guest passes, so you can bring friends along anytime. Drop-in players can also bring a guest by paying the standard hourly rate for the additional person.
We're open Monday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Early birds can catch the sunrise session, and night owls can play under our professional-grade LED lighting. Courts are available year-round, including most holidays.
Yes! We have ample free parking on-site with dedicated slots for members. Premium members get priority reserved parking. The facility is also easily accessible via public transit and ride-hailing services like Grab.
